- WHICH DATA?
The general data protection regulation defines the term personal data as follows:
All information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“the data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person
In particular, the following data can be collected:
– identity data (first and last name, address, e-mail address, phone).
– data relating to invoicing and shipping (vat number, bank account number).
– data relating to website visit (ip address, duration and clicks).
– complaints you lodge or requests you send us.
The above list is in no way whatsoever exhaustive. We do not process any special or sensitive personal data.
- WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our Lost Frequencies Shop, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us. This processing is necessary for the performance of the agreement with our customer. When you browse our Lost Frequencies Shop, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
When you add products to your shopping cart and enter your details during checkout, we reserve the right to save this information to send you shopping cart or checkout reminders for commercial purposes.
We want to maintain its customer relationship. With your permission, we may therefore use your contact data to keep you informed about our store, new products and other updates if you use the opt-in form on our Lost Frequencies Shop. Sending such mailings to our customers is in our legitimate interest (to promote our offer and services and to tailor them to your possible needs better) and is also in the interest of our customers. Customers can always unsubscribe from such mailings

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

It is also important to note that ShopWeDo also tracks your personal information. ShopWeDo collects your name, email, shipping and billing address, payment details, company name, phone number, IP address and device data to provide us with the Services of ShopWeDo, including supporting and processing orders, authentication, and processing payments. This information is also used to improve the Services of ShopWeDo.
- DURATION OF THE PROCESSING
We keep the personal data of the various parties for at least 10 years following the end of the commissions it was entrusted, as legal claims based on the performance of the agreement may be instituted for 10 years after termination. Data used solely in the context of direct marketing or sending newsletters is kept 5 years.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow the industry’s best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

You have the right of access to your personal data free of charge and at any time, as well as to the purposes for which we process your personal data.
10.1 Right to rectification, erasure and restriction
You are free to notify your personal data to us, or not. In addition, you always have the right to obtain from us that we rectify, supplement or erase your personal data. You acknowledge that if you refuse to provide personal data or you request the erasure of personal data, certain services cannot be provided.
